As of Jan. 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act  (Civil Code Section 1798.100) grants California residents certain rights in their private, personal information that is collected by companies with whom they do business.  I do not collect or share personal information with others except with the Seller's permission to submit information about their property and photos of the property listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service, ("MLS").  Sellers can opt-out of the MLS; however, if do so, it may be more difficult to sell your property or obtain the highest price for it because your property will not be exposed to the greatest number of real estate licensses and others.


I do not share information about documents notarized and take additional steps to keep the information in my Notary Journal required by the State of California Secretary of State private, by use of privacy pages, so that prior notary acts in my journal are not visible to others.
